A child of Montana, I grew up working on my grandfather's farm, and later, working in housing construction.

I attended Dordt College--a small regional college in Northwest Iowa--majoring in Theatrical Set and Lighting Design.  My professional theatre work includes theaters in Louisville, KY, and Minneapolis, MN.
